Video platform change for fest21

Fest21 relied since its start on VPOD.TV video platform.  We are in the process of changing the video platform for a couple of reasons: - Our partner VPOD has changed its business model and no longer works as a B2C site  - VPOD will no longer maintain its existing API 1.0  We are working hard to install the new platform, a very complicated process.
